Ek Kadam Charitable Trust was born out of a need to help those who were struggling, starting with blood donations. Over time, we saw an even greater need during large gatherings—both for clean water and for sustainable practices. WATICA is our answer, a project inspired by the vision to reduce plastic waste and improve water accessibility for devotees.
